I developed a website www.adzbaba.com using php/html.

my typical url which publishes user data is: http://adzbaba.com/searchview/Aeronet-Travtour-Pvt-Ltd-offers-for-MAuritius-in-Delhi-NCR-71850362#.U1CdffmSyCI

plz help me get rid of the end tag '#.U1CdffmSyCI' in the above. anyway, what is it all about?
