Having Multiple DNS Servers

If my website has 2 DNS servers that are both valid and working, will the Analytics be combining the metrics into one suite or will it separate them based on the host name?

For example, if www1.mysite.com/index.html and www2.mysite.com/index.html both point to the same source, how will the Analytics Suite handle the metrics. Separately or Combined.

Thanks for reaching out to Adobe Community.

As per my knowledge, it should not affect the data collection as there will always be only one tracking server where all the data is collected. 

Regardless of the number of DNS servers, the data should be collected by your tracking server.
