Get days since last visit

Hi All,

 

We have deployed the Adobe customer care analytics plugin extension via Launch.  From this extension we are using the getDaysSinceLastVisit plugin.  We would like to use this plugin in a trigger for visits within 7 days.  The issue we are facing is we cannot see the dimension getDaysSinceLastVisit in the dimensions list for the Trigger dimensions.  Is it possible to use the dimension in teh Trigger or do we have to use the context data and put the value in an eVar in a processing rule?

Use the Core extension's "Max Frequency" condition instead.

@mut8 - The dimension isn't readily available. Your understanding is correct; the data has to be populated in any custom variable like an evar or a prop and use while setting up the conditions for the Trigger or anywhere in the Analytics UI.
