FTP Account Creation

Hey Everyone,

I'd like to create an Adobe FTP account in order to transfer Data Warehouse reports to our computers. What are the steps I ened to take to do this?

Apologies if this is not the right vehicle to ask this question!

You can write to Adobe ClientCare <clientcare@adobe.com> requesting for a FTP account.

Just want to add, that the Customer care can provide a complimentary FTP server with a space of 10 GB. This can be used for temporary storage. You should ask your company's supported user to email clientcare@adobe.com

However, if you would like to store data permanently, you should check with your IT about setting up a space for you.
