Float the Custom Code section of Tag Manager

I have literally dozens of 3rd party tags placed in my tag container and it's a complete mess trying to navigate them. Especially once you have more than 16, you have to constantly scroll up and down to switch between tags - very frustrating and terrible UX.

It'd be great if the code section of the Custom Code modules floated as I scrolled so I can easily move from one module to the next. This would be especially helpful because I often find that I'm copying and pasting similar code from one module to the next.
