Filter not saving in Report Builder

I have created dozens of reports in Report Builder, all of which rely on previously saved and constantly updated filters. All of the sudden, I am no longer able to save my new filters. I am also not able to access previously saved filters. I am logged in under the same credentials as always. Please help!

Hi

Please close and re initiate reportbuilder to create fresh datablocks.
