Feature request: Search everything at once

Please could you consider introducing an "all" option on the search functionality that would search for "Dimensions" "segments" "metrics" etc. at the same time (returning results in a combined list)?

I often search and get no results only to find I've got the wrong option selected (e.g. "segments" instead of "dimensions").  For me it would speed up the work flow.
