Fallout in Workspace follow the same rules as Ad-hoc

In Ad-hoc, when applying a segment in a fallout, that segment is evaluated at every step of the fallout funnel, while in Workspace, it does not when applying the segment to the panel or fallout. To get Workspace fallout to mimic Ad-hoc's fallout rules, you would have to apply the segment in-line for every step of the fallout, which can be a pain.

To resolve this, I would like to see an option in the fallout settings in workspace that would allow the segment to be evaluated at every step. See below.
