Fall Out - Is there any way we can tell if the users that exit at these steps come back to this flow at any time?

You could duplicate that visualisation, then modify the steps in that duplicate. E.g.

  1. Duplicate the visualisation.
  2. In that duplicate, show Step 1 > Step 2 > Step 1.
  3. Repeat above 2 steps for other re-entries that you want to see.
