Failed to grant access

I have tried to grant Adobe Analytics access permissions to two CN colleagues (Ni, Robyn nirubing@amazon.com; Ma, Rocky rockyma@amazon.com ) using admin privileges. While I can see in the system that the permissions have been set up successfully(appendix1), both colleagues are still unable to access Adobe Analytics reports (appendix2).

Based on the situation, I would suggest:

• We can submit a ticket to Adobe Analytics Support team for further investigation
• Or we can reach out to the Adobe Analytics admin team for assistance

Could anyone please advise which CTI group would be the most appropriate to handle this issue, or who would be the right contact person to help resolve this access problem?
