Hi All,

if i want to extract all data for the purpose of putting into my own CRM, i know we should go for Data Feed, however it has limitation on number of Rows and limited to certain period of historical data, whats the other options i could have?

thanks!

Hello,

If it is one time extraction, you can use Data Warehouse to extract the metrics rather than Data Feed(Processed). If you need the pre processed data, you only have the option to extract it from Data Feed and we both have to wait for the answer from Adobe.

Thanks!

Arun

Hi,

Through 'Data Warehouse' you can download unlimited data at once.

For more detailed comparisons here: Analytics Product Comparison and Requirements

Also see the Data warehouse best practices here: Data Warehouse Best Practices

Thanks,

Data feeds should not have a limit in number of rows, only a limit on the space in your FTP site. They also go back up to 13 months. If you need to go back further, you can contact customer care, who might be able to help.

As others have mentioned, Data Warehouse might be a good option if you don't need raw clickstream data.
