'Exclude Today' option for preset dates

In Reports&Analytics (SiteCatalyst), when we select last x days, by default current day is also included in the reports. Depending on the time of day the reprot is viewed, including current day data will not help much.

Can we exclude current day for these preset dates (or) add an option 'Exclude Today' for those who do not want to include current day's data? 

When we are not including current week/month for last x weeks/months reports, why to include current day for last x days? Source image file 21550 not available
