Enhance Processing Rules to include Mobile and Link Data

It’d be great to use Processing Rules to make decisions based on mobile attributes. Think of the possibilities - set eVars/props/events based on mobile vs non-mobile, device, device type, manufacturer, screen size, etc.

In addition, it’d be extremely helpful to view the values of Custom/Download/Exit link values in Processing Rules. Values that are sent to pe, pev1, pev2, and pev3 are extremely valuable and should be accessible via Processing Rules.
