Enable time spent on all s.props

To get time spent on an s.prop I have to go to client care and enable pathing. My idea is to have either time spent enabled on all s.props or enabled pathing on all s.props by default.

    It's getting to the point that one of the few remaining reasons to use a prop is for pathing or time spent. Might as well have those two features enabled for all props!

    Total Time Spent is now available for all props in SiteCatalyst 15, along with Visits and Unique Visitors which will allow you to build calculated metrics in any Custom Traffic report.
