Enable Mobile hit data on Javascript

In the current configuration, mobile hit data is automatically set to Javascript "Disabled" even if the mobile device is capable of executing Javascript.

Could this be enabled?

    The weird thing is that the Query Parameter "J" (which denotes JavaScript capabilities) reports this properly. But if you segment the Visitor Profile > Technology > JavaScript report to Visits from Mobile Devices then the report shows Disabled.

     

    The separation between the Mobile and Technology reports is terrible. These should be fixed!

    Even worse: when we manually set v = Y or N on our mobile flows, the data is still not maintained.
