Enable Data Warehouse to run reports at hourly intervals throughout the day

My business users would like to extract SiteCat data multiple times a day for the sales folks to be able to contact users as quick as possible after they perform certain actions.  Currently you can only pull daily reports which isn't quick enough for them and the API doesn't allow for subrelations so that's not an option at the moment eithe.
