Enable ClientCare to open direct links to reports

ClientCare has been very helpful to us lately, however it costs a lot of time to explain the steps to reproduce a report, especially when having to include multiple reports to clarify a situation. We have tried to have them open direct links to reports, however so far this has not been possible.

It would save both Omniture clients/partners and ClientCare a lot of time when a direct link could be included which can be opened by ClientCare.

    I think this is already available. The use case you have described is one of the main reasons why we created the "Link to This Report" feature in SiteCatalyst. If you click this button, you should get an easily distributable link that anyone with access to your login company can open, and that will take the user straight to the report in question.

    I was mistaken. The links that SiteCatalyst currently provide do not enable ClientCare to go directly to your report unless they are already logged in.
