Enable Ability to Update Segment Assignment on Existing Recurring Datawarehouse Extracts

Recently I needed to change the segment being used for a recurring datawarehouse extract.  Unfortunately, I could not update the segment being used on the extract and had to delete the existing extract and create a whole new extract.  It would be hugely beneficial to be able to update the segment being used for existing recurring datawarehouse extracts.
