Easy-To-Share Links To Training Videos

The training videos in the Help section have lots of great content but it is hard to direct users to the specific videos that are helpful to what they are working on. SiteCatalyst 15 allows us to send 'short links' to reports. Can you duplicate that functionality for videos?
