DTM: Capturing Form Submission Data in Data Element

I have a web page with multiple forms. I have an Event Base Rule set up to capture the form data in Adobe Analytics and Universal Analytic. For example

Adobe Analytics:  eVar10 = %form data%

Universal Analytics: event label = %form data%

I have difficulty in using custom script in Data Element to retrieve the correct form data. I cannot get the correct form object i.e. the form that a submission event was triggered.

Is there a way to pass the form object (the form that a submission event is triggered) into the Data Element custom script?
