Dramatically improve standard data latency in v15

60mins of latency is too long please decrease the latency on data in v15 I think somewhere between 15mins to 10 mins would be ideal. Not decreasing latency is an important issue even if you get round to providing real-time functionality unless you move all data points to a near real-time update frequency.
