Download pending time in Workspace

Hi,

When you use Workspace in Adobe Analytics , there is a long download pending time for pdf extractions from Workspace like nearly 3-4 minutes. Do anyone have any solution for this?

    Thanks for bring this up.  It can indeed be frustrating.  It can take a long time though depending on the complexity of your project/amount of simultaneous queries being submitted to our cloud infrastructure.  We have several tips on how to optimize performance!  Have you looked here?  Optimize Workspace performance
