Download/Export report CSV Format - No.of rows limit

Hi,

Is there any way to download more than 200 rows of data in a single file. Right now, i could see 200 rows as maximum to display on the page and to download. Is it possible to download all rows of data in CSV?

Exactly..! Agree with Tanmay and the another approach is

go to Download -> Click on advance download -> Modify no. of rows. -> Download - you can get report instantly

OR

go to Send -> Click on advance download -> Modify no. of rows. -> Download - The requested report will come to your mail box 

Although there is a limitation of 5000 rows but it is helpful for mid level data request. Extract data and request from data warehouse are the best approach to get data.

Hey, 

It is possible to download more than 200 rows via data extract in Reports&Analytics. You can click on 'More' > Extract Data to do that. Since Freeform analysis has a display limit of 200 rows you can only download that much.
