Don't Cut Off User/Group Management Labels

There are other examples of this in Reports & Analytics, but it would be really helpful if the labels in User/Group Management didn't cut off.  There's so much space, it doesn't seem like they should have.  If they need to, being able to see the full string with a tool tip would cover most situations.

Also it would be great if the Pre-Defined Groups had better descriptions (or at least an easy place to understand more about them).
