Does Adobe still support Analytics Health Dashboard

I am trying to use the Excel based health dash as posted here by Adobe - https://new.express.adobe.com/webpage/y6DGOeWmpo7Uh

I am getting error message that the product maynot be supported by Adobe anymore. Any advice here to use this or a similar product to actively monitor the health of a report suite and all its props and evars is much appreciated.

Last time I used it was about 6 months ago, I haven't set it up in my new organization yet. But I have used it regularly at my last two jobs and never saw any messages about it not being supported. I do know that they occasionally update it, but you can make sure you have the most updated version by downloading it from here. Files | Adobe

Other than that, where are you seeing the message? Can you maybe share a screenshot of the message?

Like @mandygeorge, I haven't used this much, but I also haven't seen anything about it not being supported... Since it really just uses API connections to pull the data, I don't see why it wouldn't continue to work... unless you are using an older version that is using API 1.4 which will sunset in Aug 2026 (still sour about that... I actually like API 1.4 better than 2.0 in a lot of ways... )... but that should mean even if it is using the older APIs, it should still work for another year and a half....

Sharing the error message would help us to understand the issue.

Both health 3.07b and marathon dashboard still working. Helps for migration or quality checks. Great stuff!

I just tried to use 3.07 however have run into issues with authentication. It opens the browser to sign in however doesn't seem to do anything once logged in. Also, there is a Windows command prompt window that keeps opening and closing once this process is initiated which I assume relates to the macro.

Anyone else encountered this and managed to overcome the issue? If so, how did you fix this?

According to the documentation:

Version 3.07+ use oAuth Server-to-Server authentication. Once an I/O integration has been configured with Analytics and the oAuth Server-to-Server authentication method, authentication can occur with two easy steps:

  1. Copy the client ID, client secret, and IMS organization credentials into your instance of the dashboard under Add-ins > Analytics Health Dashboard > Input Credentials in Excel.
  2. Authenticate under Add-ins > Analytics Health Dashboard > Authenticate in Excel. Successful authentication will display “Successfully Authenticated” in the Excel status bar.

I don’t use this report myself, but it almost looks like you can’t just do a “standard” login any longer? That it requires a dedicated oAuth key?
