Distinguish Visitor IDs in DigitalPulse Debugger

DigitalPulse Debugger shows both fid and vid as "Visitor ID" in Friendly Format. It would be nice to tell them apart, for example, "Visitor ID (fid)" and "Visitor ID (vid)".
