Discrepancy between seemingly identical segments in Workspace

Hi All,

Does anyone have any insight into how dragging a filtered dimension into a workspace pane functions versus creating the same segment using the segment builder? I have two seemingly identical segments for when the page name = "Contact Us" returning different bounce rates? It's especially confusing because the counting metrics are the same across segments.
