Difference between visit and session
Can someone tell me the main difference between session and visit on Omniture? which one should be higher for the same time period?

same as here COMPLETED SESSION
it all depends on how you configure it.
Visits are calculated server side.
Session in calculated client side.
If sessions < 30 minutes then sessions > visits
else if sessions > 30 then sessions < visits
