Demand base - Sitecatalyst Integration(using Data connector) issue

Hi,

Anyone successfully done the Demandbase - Sitecatalyst integration using Data connectors.?. Getting around 30% line item as "None" in the DB(DemandBase) report. Is that none percentage is normal when we use Data connectors? And, when we go with Custom JS Demandbase solution by not using Data connectors then the none% is pretty low. Anyone faced this issue earlier or any recommendation to fix this.

The bottom line is that the conversion variable in question does not persist to where the conversion event fires. This could be visits not properly linking up via transaction ID's, eVar expiration is too short, or the eVar simply not having a value at all when the eVar fires.

If you're not sure how to proceed in troubleshooting the issue, you can contact your account manager who can arrange a meeting with a data connectors consultant.

Thanks for the reply Shekhar. i verified the steps and everything looks fine. But, still getting none in the report.
