Default settings on company/group level

As a non US company we would really appreciate an option to have a different defaults for some user-specific settings.

For example:

- Thousand separator (the US default don't work correctly in our localized version of Excel)

- Include Calendar Events

- Language (especially Test&Target is always in German)

Some other application defaults:

- Percent Shown as: Number | Graph

- Graph details: show Numbers / Percentages

- Default report suite after login

Specific defaults

- Default set of Dashboards for every user

- Default landing dashboard/report
