Default report launched upon each login

Question

I'm hoping someone could help me figure out this unusual and annoying occurrence each and every time I log into SC.  Upon each login or after timeout, SC will run a custom report with a date range of 9/18 to current day.  (For instance today was 9/18 to 3/4).  To resolve the issue, I have deleted cookies, logged in using an alternate browser (thinking it was a cookie issue) and even deleted the report.   Though deleted, it still runs that report with the aforementioned date ranges.  It only impacts my instance, not others.  Does anyone have any ideas on settings or anything else to eliminate this annoyance?
