I need to implement the Customer ID/Declared Id, anyone can indicate a link where to find it?

Adding to what @isinha has mentioned, you can also follow the below documentation link which talks about how you can set CustomerID via Launch.

Also, the same logic can be replicated via a rule in Adobe Launch.
