DB Vista IP exclude - simplify/improve

The current solution is virtually non existent.

I want to see IPs/IP ranges that are actively being excluded by my DB Vista IP exclude.

I also want the ability to add/edit/modify those IPs without having to use an FTP client - cannot access with corporate firewall in place - make it clearer and easier to manage.
