Datawarehouse--allow you to edit FTP site of previously sent reports that failed

When a DW request fails, I should be able to go back in, adjust the ftp site credentials & try to resend on my own.  Often, it's merely a typo on my end--putting in the wrong password.  Shouldn't have to bother Client Care with this.
