Data Warehouse shows error while saving

On changing the scheduled time for different hours of the day still getting same error.

Based on the error message, it looks like Adobe wants the schedule to be on the hour, and you have selected 15:30?

Have you tried selecting 15:00 or 16:00 in the schedule tab?

Given the error message is about scheduling, could you provide a screenshot of the actual "scheduling options" tab?
