data warehouse requests: more details, Adobe IP are made the requests...

Hi,

I have problems with Data Warehouse requests and our IT team would know from what Adobe IP are made the requests. Does anyone know about it?

Can I get more information about the error? IT requires more details and I have only this message: "Request failed to send. Please check send parameters and destination connectivity."

Hi Sergio,

 

Please find all the IPs used by Adobe http://microsite.omniture.com/t2/kb/en_US/analytics/kb/adobe-ip-addresses.html

If Data  Warehouse request cannot be sent to your FTP then contact clientcare with the request ID, I believe they have logs and can provide them to you.
