Data Warehouse Request Error - Status Desciption: Internel Error Contact Support

Got an error under Status and Status Description for the report request  for  

#Visits & Visitors for the following below segments from Data Warehouse

  • DeviceType: Desktop
  • DeviceType: MobilePhone
  • DeviceType: Tablet

Error Details:

  • Status-Has Error
  • Status Desciption: Internel Error Contact Support

(Attached is the error screen)

Hi,

According to the backend logs the request was too large. Try breaking it down into smaller requests and see if that works.
