Data warehouse: Instances metric missing for files download report.

I came across a requirement recently where I had to generate files download report which contains...

date, file downloaded, site name & instances.

While trying to generate this report from data warehouse it came to our observation that "instances" metric is not available for file downloads breakdown item.

Upon discussing with client care (Incident: 141110-000416) Omniture specialist agreed to the fact that this metric is not available in Data warehouse report builder utility.

I had to generate this report using report builder.

    I had the same request a year ago.... still waiting.
