Data warehouse Granularity "minutes" option not available

Under Granularity drop down, "minutes" option not available. Is their way that we can use "Minutes" in data warehouse.

You can't unless you have a custom dimension recording the "minute" information.

Hourly is the least you can have in data warehouse. You can get the data breakdown by minute in Workspace projects if that helps.
