How can I do data sampling by list of web IDs? That is, I want to look at the whole web browsing history of a few selected web visitors (or customers) in a period of time (i.e., in last two years). Can I do this in any Adobe Analytics tools? Data Warehouse or Reports or anything else?

I would recommend working with the raw clickstream feed in a 'big data' type capacity to do end sampling on your side.
