Data Feed Manager - Remove deleted feeds

Currently if you delete a feed it remains in the feed list with the status deleted. I appreciate you can use the filters to filetr by active. However it would be good to be able to clean up the list with the ability to permanently remove from the feeds list.

    or maybe just change the default view to not show deleted feeds? just in case somebody deletes a feed i want be able to see the old feed settings, so „really delete“ is no option!

    Additionally to removing "deleted" feeds from the default view, you should be able to delete Inactive feeds.  Right now you have to activate them in order to delete them.  This makes no sense.
