Data Connectors User Management

Right now, Data Connectors permissions are considered to be "analytics tools", which means they dont really apply to specific report suites. That has been the case for several years. In practice, once you give a user permission to manage Data Connectors, this user will be able to manage all connections for all report suites. It would be very good if a given user could only manage the connections related to his/her report suites.

Feature request: Data Connectors permissions to be report suite specific.
