Customize Menu Structure for Report Builder and Adhoc Analysis

My implementation team decided to change the menu structure for Reports and Analytics.  But customization cannot be done for Adhoc Analysis or Report Builder.

Can you create a way to customize the menu structure in Adhoc Analysis and Report Builder. 

Hide, rename evars and props.
