Customization of Opt-in/Opt-out page

The current opt-out page has a format that looks like this. Not overly inviting. I'd like to be able to at least be able to re-write the text and more importantly try to add some brand elements to this page. Maybe put our company logo on the page etc.

    s.trackingServer should be defined in your s_code or you can look at your server call to see where the requests go
