Custom delivery date for AdHoc Analysis scheduled reports

How to schedule an AdHoc Analysis report to be delivered on a selected day? e.g. I want the report to be delivered on every Thursday.

Also, looks like the existing Weekly option delivers the report based on Discover server timezone - not based on the report suite timezone. I'm in UK and we receive the reports every Monday around 15:00 GMT
