Creating Date Ranges Where the Week Starts on Different Days

Hello, I am working on creating a new dashboard. The data in my dashboard has several different days of the week to start on. That is, some sets of data should be looked at by week from Tues-Mon or Wed-Tues. Is there any way for me to mimic this within adobe workspace?

There are no such default options available. If needed, you need to build it manually using Date Range but it can't be dynamic.
