Create Segment from Multiple Rows in Discover

When looking at an eVar or sProp report, it is currently possible to right-click on the row and create a segment.  I would like to see this extended so you cold select multiple rows (using say the CTRL key) and then build one segment using all of those.  Doing that today creates multiple segments.  I wonder if it would be possible to use SHFT key for one of these actions and the CTRL key for the other?
