Create rolling compare dates ranges

I have my date ranges set up to be rolling and have many dashboard subscriptions. For a dashboard showing "yesterday", I woudl like to compare to the day before that, or a same day the week before (i.e. if yesterday was a Tuesday, the Tuesday prior), to show quick comparisons, however this isn't possible unless you select the given comparison day prior to distribution, which for a daily distribution would be a dauntintg task.
