create own project templates in workspace

in the workspace there are a view templates but those can't be changed. i would love to create some templates myself in order to give the users some guidance/ideas/... and they can serve to create future reports in a CI/CD way.

and the best would be if i can make a schedule on those templates without making a copy to a local project.

this is especially useful when you have a lot of virtual report suites and you want that everybody talks about the same metrics -> you just need to change the template and all "reports" in the virtual report suites will look the same.
