Create metric from more than 2 columns

New feature is nice, but here's an improvement.

If you select more than 2 metrics and does the "create metric from selection", make the options just to Add or open in Metric Builder (could maybe make a case for multiply -- divide and subtract don't seem to make sense).  Right now, it just takes the first 2 metrics you have highlighted and ignores the rest.
